got mc for 4 days. pergi gak office fist day. but after that need to give myself a break..

kalau tak baik jugak besok kena jumpa doc..my eye still bertaik mata n berair.
pelik tul doc klinik tue. bagi jerlah direct 4 days mc. confrim kalau sakit mata seminggu baru sembuh. every two days kena pergi office. and total bill have been charge for this weeks saje dah 70myr. rasa baik jer aku g klinik gov. sama jer kena tunggu. pukul 8 aku sampai kat klinik doc tak sampai lagi..

demam kali nie teruk betul. lying sick kat sofa on the bed.. rasa loya muntah semua ader. plus with sakit mata. memang relax betul..

luckily office tak call me pasal kerja dah .. there should know i need enough rest.

malam tadik lagi teruk.. i wake up at 1am. feeling teribble . ut all minyak panas on my body. take all the ubat, rasa macam nak makan habis all the iponstan. tapi karang jadik lain lak,. tapi all the ubat bukan boleh effect immediately. dah badan peluh bagai. pukul 4am baru boleh tido.


pastue hari nie finally the maintenance guy come to repair the bumbung...

30 without nasik

Alhamdulilah.

Tapi tuelah still tak diet 100% kurang carbo sbb still amek bubur lambuk, mee kuning and pasta.and kuih muih jugak murtabakk Dalam kuantiti sedikit/ sederhana

And I can see different bila bukak posa n sahur drink a lot of plain water, I am more energetic.
Cuma lepas bulan posa nie kena watch out my diet carefully.

gaby milestone

she is already more than two years and we found so many things fun interesting about her.
she can conquer all the bed for herself
can ask a milk in the bottle saying nak tutu
she is so energetic like boy and how i fell really my fitness level is not up to her level, she can play2 without tired and when ask her to take the stairs she will ask to be carried..bak kata nana fernattttt
