30 without nasik

Alhamdulilah.

Cuma dalam duk lalu pasar ramadhan tue ttengok best nyer nasi dagang nasi kerabu nasi arab saba’
Dugaaan..

Tapi tuelah still tak diet 100% kurang carbo sbb still amek bubur lambuk, mee kuning and pasta.and kuih muih jugak murtabakk Dalam kuantiti sedikit/ sederhana

And I can see different bila bukak posa n sahur drink a lot of plain water, I am more energetic.
Cuma lepas bulan posa nie kena watch out my diet carefully.
