I have report the incident on monday 06JUNE09 to the insurans lady. she said the insurans company will come on thursday to submit the claim form.

I called the insurans lady just now, she tell me the uni asia insurans do not handover yet the claim form to her yet.
the insurans lady said maybe next thursday the uni asia people will come and she will update me.

yg menyakitkan hati, she said the procedure will take 3 weeks. before this only one week.
ooh bullshit sungguh kan . windscreen pecah pun amek masa more than one weeks nak get the insurans claim.

so we will see next week. hati panas tak terkata nie.
